Join our friends from Shaw Public Library for a special story time event. We will be reading "Grandma" by Jessica Shepherd a children's book that can help young children understand memory loss and Alzheimer's.
About "Grandma"
Told from the child’s point of view, this is the story of how one child’s Grandmother must go into nursing care for dementia. The change is unsettling, but there are many positives to draw from a touching and heartfelt relationship.
