Purpleville began six years ago with a simple idea: bring our community together to support families facing Alzheimer’s and fuel the research that will one day end this disease. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, we have now raised over $65,000, including more than $12,000 last year, for Pine Tree Hospice and The Jackson Laboratory’s Alzheimer’s Research Labs.

Business support has never been just financial. It has been a message of solidarity to every family touched by this disease, reminding them that this community stands with them. The steadfast support of local businesses has expanded respite care for local families and strengthened global research that protects memories everywhere. 

This year, we’re excited to introduce a new way to participate! The Memory-Maker Partner level has no upfront cost. You simply host a fundraiser that fits your business and Purpleville will promote it across all our channels.

Businesses of all kinds can take part:

• Banks offering a “Purple Week” tied to new accounts

• Realtors donating a portion of one closing

• Retail shops featuring a Purpleville product or round‑up

• Tourism partners offering a Purpleville package

• Any business hosting a simple “Purple Day” with staff in purple
