Pick up an official Purpleville Passport at any Purpleville event beginning at 6p on Thursday June 25 at King's Treats. Register your passport, then collect your "stamps" around Purpleville to earn points. Drop your passport in the Purple Boot at any Purpleville event by Sunday at 1 PM to enter the prize drawing. The traveler with the most stamps + points wins the Grand Prize. There are only 100 Purpleville Passports and anyone who submits their passport is eligible for a prize from the drawing.
1. Register Your Passport | Scan the registration QR code and enter your name and contact info. Your passport must be registered before completing challenges.
2. Complete Challenges Around Purpleville
Visit all 9 destinations and complete the challenge at each one. Every challenge square requires you to scan a QR code or submit a photo — to earn points. Some challenges may ask for a quick photo; social media is optional. If you're not using social, text your photos to 207-280-1900.
3. Proof of Completion Is Required
Every challenge must be verified by:
Scanning a QR code, or
Uploading a photo or video, posting it on Facebook and tagging @purpleville or
Texting your photo/video to 207-280-1900
Getting the Mayor to initial your passport challenge square only when absolutely necessary (very rare)
4. Wildcards & Bonus Points
Completing the bonus challenges earn you extra points! The Wildcard may replace 3 other challenges!
6. Turn In Your Passport on Time | Drop your completed passport in the Purple Boot by Sunday at 1 PM. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
7. Prize Eligibility | All Travelers who submit their passport on time are entered into the prize drawing.
The passport with the most stamps + points wins the Grand Prize and bragging rights.

Traveler's Choice - QR codes have been planted somewhere at the following locations: Indian Hill Trading Post, Maine Mountain Soap & Candle, Jack's Air Service, Woody's, AE Robinson, Breton's Store, StressFree Moose Cafe and Pub, King Pine Disc Golf, North Pointe Farm & Garden, Moosehead Mini Golf, Dockside Inn Tavern, Greenville Inn, King's Treats, and Bangor Savings Bank - Scan 1 of them to get your stamp.. Scan them all to get the bonus!
